Kelli Wray coaches from a holistic perspective. She knows that simple changes, both on and off the green, can help you to become the best bowler and person you can be! It’s this philosophy that has seen the launch of her very successful Bowls and Wellness On and Off the Green program.

Kelli has experienced both the extreme highs of bowls and the extreme lows off the green. Battling with anxiety, depression and self-doubt through her career, she has drawn on this experience to develop mental skills that she now passes on to others through her coaching.

Kelli’s physical health has also been challenged off the green, with injury resulting in a lack of movement and gain of weight, affecting her self-confidence and causing her to withdraw from bowls for a time.

She is now back on the green, back enjoying life, and excited to share her knowledge with bowlers of all ages and abilities,  all around the world.
